Objective
To conduct an extremely targeted door-to-door distribution in order to generate specific visitors to the launch of two substantial new homes in excess of £2 million pounds each.

Method
After liaison with the new homes sales department of the selling agents, CWT established an extremely targeted drop to very specific roads of potential home owners that were likely to aspire to move to this road and price range. Utilising CWT's Solus distribution option enabled the client to target down their drop down to street level and select the actual day of delivery. CWT's Solus distribution offered total flexibility with average lead times 4 weeks shorter than Royal Mail d2d.

Result
As with other development launches, we chose to conduct the targeted distribution very close to the launch weekend. As a direct result of dropping only 1,500 invitations this produced 104 visitors over a two day period. Not only did this produce a reservation of one of the houses, it also produced 5 valuations of visitors to the site for the selling agents.
