Objective
To conduct a door-to-door distribution in order to generate visitors to a show home launch of 5 new dwellings.

Method
After liaison with the sales and marketing department of the house builder, CWT established suitable locations to target to drag foot traffic to the launch.

Result
The distribution of 20,000 invitations took place on the Thursday and Friday before the launch weekend. The visitor levels were quite staggering with a steady flow of customers both on the Saturday and Sunday. In total 64 clients turned up as a direct result of the drop which produced two reservations out of the 5 plots. The house builder was so delighted with the result by adopting this method of raising awareness of this scheme, they have continued to employ this method again and again.
